Coserv RipOFF Customer service terrible Corinth, Texas

Coserv is a complete scam. The do not care about there customers and I guess its because were i live in Plano,TX we do not have a choice for electric. Coserv is a Co-op. If I known this prior to me moving in my house I would have never moved there. I received a bill for 518.00 8/29. I have one child and myself in the house. we travel alot and maybe there for a total of 14 days out of the month. When I called them about the bill they were it is what it is pay it or get cut off. I explained to her i will pay it in a couple of days but I think they read the meter wrong because it was too high. They cut my power off the next day. when i called here the rep said yes you can get it cut back on but now it will be 700.00. Again i told her i have 518.00 the amount of the bill i wont have the additional 200.00 for about 2 days. The two days passed and still no power so now i have 700.00 not want to pay but need my power. As i stand in line to pay my bill at a kroger i get the rep back on the phone to let her know i was paying. She then tells me, "its now 900.00" . I was completley through with this company. I asked can i pay 700 and pay the balance off. She told me no. I spoke with a manager and they said there is nothing they can do. so its now going on three weeks with out any power. This company is a complete scam. They have no reason to work with their customers because they are a co-op and the know we cant get service from any one else.
