Tim Ebert has owned this business for a while..He has over the years has gotten cleaver. First I want to start my report by talking about being a customer, and then I will follow up most of my report about how Cooper air/Tri state Air/Air procleaners and whatever names Tim Ebert/Chris Miller/John Bealga/Chasity Beer rips off customers. Tim Ebert has a sales manager that hires just about anyone to become a 'Appointment Setter' that he gets from Craigslist. They are located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, not Gurney Ill, not Chicago, and there is a reason for it. Tim lives in Wisconsin and is technically not supposed to hold a business in Wisconsin. The appointment setter will try to get as many estimates possible and then the estimater will come out to the house with a binder telling all kinds of stuff trying to sell there product. You will see Tim come in doing the cleaning, and if he promises you that he'll come back and do a follow up or if he screws up, its likely you will not hear from him again. If you cancel or reschedule the cleaning, you will not be able to get your deposit back. If they reschedule or won't come back, you won't get your money back.. Top of that, it is reported that they won't do a good job. As for the DO NOT CALL LIST, the appointment setter will tell you that they are not trying to sell something over the phone, but they do not keep recent updates like they are supposed to to make sure they don't call you if you are on the list. It is advised to say, do not call me again. If you tell them you live in a condo, they will get cleaver and say they are conducting free estimates for your neighborhood, and they will actually call every one saying the same thing, getting many estimates done, when they aren't even part of the condo's things. They try to call the same area's in Chicago that are wealthy. SCAMMING the employee's!!! Please read before you go in for the interview because its a waste of time and will loose money!!!! On Craigslist, they put out about nine different ads each day, trying to get appointment setters. They will reword it each and every day, so they don't get flagged. It says 8-15 bucks an hour, but its not true in the least bit. The sales manager has a important roll in it, because Tim will tell the sales manager to hire a bunch of people, and have them start right away before they get wise and don't come or learn to google, and they will have to call about 450 people a day.. The pay will be worded that it'll be set, or the east side office has a draw vs commision for a time period and then it will be set after so long. IT IS NOT TRUE!!!! THis is the ticker, IF YOU QUIT OR GET FIRED YOU WILL NOT GET A CHECK!!!!! This is a fact, I know this from personal experiences. As well as, most of your checks will be off by allot of money.. Let me rephrase this.. EVERY CHECK WILL BE OFF BY ALOT OF MONEY OWED TO YOU AND IF YOU GET FIRED OR QUIT YOU WILL MOST DIFFENENTLY WON"T GET A CHECK FROM TIM EBERT. There will always be a reason why your check will be late or short. When you go to your interview, the east side office will make you sign this paper and in small letter or in the fine line it'll say, you will have to be there for a full cycle to get a check. It is there way of saving there butt. HUndreds by now, have been scammed by this air duct cleaning company. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR SOMEONE not to get paid for the money owed to them, and very soon they will be caught. If you need to see more, google tri state air fox six and it was on the news...........CHris thought it was funny that Katrina Cravy came in for a interview and from what I was told he was proud of it. Now I'm going to tell you my story. I worked for this company for a short period and luckily became wise to the scam very fast. I worked for this girl named, CHasity Beer, whom is Tim Ebert's fuck buddy/sales manager. (tim has a lazy girlfriend at home that doesn't work and Tim lays many on the side) (there also drug addicts) SHe's was in on the scam just as much as the rest, but she was a little wiser by being nice. Apparently she stopped working for the company, and Tim gave the new sales manager a list and she just so happened to call me for a job not knowing I already worked for them. THis girl was a sweetheart, and showed me a garrantee that the Brookfield office was going to be different than the east side office, and showed a document in Tim's writing that its a set $8.00 an hour for the first 30 days. This girl was working twelve hours a day, attempting to get this office sucessful. She was determined to make it work out. I was a little untrustworthy, but I trusted her. After about a week, she had a meeting telling us that she may have uncovered a scam and she wasn't sure she was even going to get paid. Chris came in and the next day she actually recorded him on her ipod proof that if you quit or get fired, you don't get a check from TIm. She was honest with us, and even though we knew there was a chance that we weren't going to get paid, we stuck and tried for her. Worry was on her face suddenly, and finally payday came, most had to be let go and only two people received a check out of sixteen employees and after calling the police on Tim, only some got a $90.00 check for two weeks worth of work. I stayed in contact with this girl, and apparently Tim accused her of stealing...which wasn't true. Tim told her that she could have a chair and then after this girl quit was told she stole it ALso, we asked for our paperwork back, and was accused of stealing company property. Like resumes were company property!! She tried to contact tim, telling him pay us and her or else, but he still didn't send any checks. She kept holding out because she knew tim has kids, but I think TIm should've thought of that before he scammed hundreds of employees. The lawyer on FOx six contacted her and was told he was going to take the case, so that is where we are at at this point. We are trying to gather up as many people as we can to attach ourselves to this case to stop TIm Ebert from scamming the labor laws. When he's backed up in a corner, he usually just moves the office, and changes the name and starts over. We want to make sure he has paid everyone that he needs to, as well as criminal charges put on him for fraud. He has no evidance of any of us working. If you have been scammed by this air duct cleaning service, I advise you to respond to the fox six lawyer guy to attach yourself to the case.. You can google the link. Its a different name, but the same guy.. He moves around alot. If you are researching for a job, please stay away. Don't waste your gas, pay babysitters, or anything for this job. Also, TIm usually responds, these allegations are false following with false excuses. HE isn't part of the Better Busienss Bureau and he reuses names of good air duct cleaning businesses to get good comments back if the customer is doing research.. He does not have valid webb address.. I'd give you his phone numbers and addresses, but he moves around alot.
