I placed an order 4-18-2011 for 150 yard signs that were to be sent to Georgia. I was to be given 5 free signs for "liking" their Facebook fan page. I live in RI so I explained that I would need the signs in Georgia for 4-28-2011. I was told that 3-4 days for producttion was necessary and 3-4 days for delivery. They said I'd get them on time. I arrived to GA, and the signs didn't come Thursday. I was told that they would be there Tuesday. Then I was told that their shop was broken into and all the equipment was stolen. Then I was told they'd overnight them for Saturday. No signs came Saturday. I called Monday and was told that they were shipped out Monday and was given a tracking number for UPS. I went online late that night and the tracking number couldn't be found. i was given a fake tracking number. I called them Tuesday and was told that my package was sitting right there and that UPS didn't come pick it up. Today is Wednesday May 4 and no one would pick up my phone calls. I called from another number and they picked up. I was put on hold while they supposedly found my tracking number. I was left on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up. I have tried calling back and no one will pick up. They picked up all the time before I placed my order. I have been in Georgia for a week and haven't gotten the signs. I needed them for business. I am due to leave soon. I've spent close to $1,000 on travel expenses and haven't been able to work due to these guys. I have ordered signs from another company Monday May 2, and the signs are on the truck for delivery today. This is the 18th day that I am waiting on product from YardSignsCo. The other company has my products here in only 2 days!!! I need a refund of my money. They are unreliable and are totally avoiding me. I am not interested in doing business with them. They have caused me to waste an entire week of this business trip. Every day i get a different excuse from them as to why my products haven't arrived.
