contacted action auto acc. to order side gills for my camaro ss and they shipped them free to me at my home. once i recieved the parts i opened the box and looked at the product and saw they didnt look good they had cracked paint and excess plastic in areas befor they cromed them .i called retro usa and told them about it and i wanted to return them and they told me to contact action auto. so i did and told him im returning the product. i paid for the shipping and returned it to retrousa they contacted action auto,action auto was to return credit to my account which took 4 weeks to get and 4 phone calls to find out they credited the wrong account then come to find out from my card compaany they only returned part of the money not the full amount.another phone call to action auto ended with the sales rep. for retrousa cussing me out over the phone and telling me that i was cheap.called retrousa and told them about it and they said they would call action auto.now if you have a new camaro or any other car you need parts for i wouldnt buy them from this company they are cheap looking and not of good quality and would never put this crap on a 40,000 dollar car.
