faithwriters.com fraud, deceit, may not be a legal business! Internet |
11th of Aug, 2010 by User678646 |
Faithwriters did not end my membership after several requests to do so. They kept taking money out of my account earlier and earlier every other month by a couple of days, in six months time it came out six days earlier. They would not give me a phone number to contact them with. It took three requests to communicate via email with the person in charge B. Scott Lindsay. They were evasive everytime I asked questions not answering the questions. I threatened to contact an attorney to no avail, it was only when I asked to see their business license that my membership was canceled, and no hint of a business license for Livonia Michigan. I tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and there was no record of the company. I contacted the Michigan State Treasurers office, we'll see what happens. Nothing makes me more angry than someone saying they are a Christian and being the biggest deceivers around draging the name of Christ in the dirt. The reputation of Jesus Christ means way too much to me to see that happen. |

I can't imagine why User 678646 had an unpleasant experience with Faithwriters. I joined Faithwriters in Aug. 2010, and I've had a wonderful experience networking with like-minded Christian writers. I'm sure there is an explanation for this unfortunate incident. |

I am not fully aware of the details of this complaint but I do know as the owner of FaithWriters now that we always do our best to take care of our members. This complaint could very well have involved emails not being received by this person. If we have any issues with members it always comes down to our emails to them being spammed and then they think we have ignored them. I can guarantee you we do not ignore our members. If a paying member wants their membership canceled we do so.
FaithWriters has had over 67, 000 people sign up for membership and has been online since 2002. If you search the internet for complaints on FaithWriters you will find this one on a couple of sites like this. Even if it were a valid complaint, that is pretty good out of over 67, 000 people who have joined. We invite to join for free, try the site out and ask some of the other writers on the site about their experience with FaithWriters. You will find satisfied people who have been members for years. FaithWriters has many tools to improve and promote your writing. With the help of members, we also spread the gospel in over 230 countries online.
