Consumer Direct Warranty
Consumer Direct Warranty Services AA Auto Warranty & CDWS RIPOFF Internet, Internet
14th of Jul, 2011 by User438474
We purchased (2) two 5 year contracts from CDWS & AA Autowarranty the contract numbers are FD4221887 & FD4221888 for over $2,500 (we have cancelled checks if needed). The contract were from 3/19/09 to 3/19/14. We tried to file a claim for auto repairs in 2010 and found out what type of company we were working with. They denied the claim (we were not even allow to speak with anyone) claim denied. At that point we wanted our money back and cancel the contracts. Well they cancelled the contracts but did not give us any money back. We feel the contract should be still binding if we did not receive any money back. The Policy carrot danglers were: (5) year contract on both vehicles
(1) $100 grocery card
(1) $100 gas card
(2) oil changes Now almost $3,000 later. NONE OF THE ABOVE
