CompuTechnologiesInc hope you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting to get the product and already be charged for it Internet

I bought my brother an old laptop to help him write his novel. The laptop was so old that it didn't have a DVD drive, so I went online to find one and order it for him. That's when I came across CompuTechnologiesInc.com because they were offering it at the best price. All other sites were offering $20 or more for the dvd drive and they were only asking $9 for it, so why not? I ordered the product two weeks ago, and have yet to hear from them (other than telling me that I have been charged for it) and that is the one of the only emails I have received from them. Other than one stating that I will be emailed when the product is mailed to me. Which, 2 weeks later, I still have not received the item or the product.
Not only that, but the cost of the product was $9.49... so why was I charged $21.42 for the product? Obviously it wasn't for overnight shipping.
I have seen several complaints about this company on here since I have not received it yet, so I guess I screwed myself by not checking into the company before ordering from them. My own fault for being trusting.
The only good thing I can tell anyone about them is that they screwed over the wrong person because a brother of my good friend does sound editing for "The Troubleshooter" Tom Martino's radio show. Anyone in the Colorado or California area, know that he can make or break a company. I hope CompuTechnologiesInc treats their next few customers better, unless they want a lot of heat from the wrong guy. CompuTechnologies, be wary about your next few orders, the email has already been sent and I have already heard back that they will look into it.
