Beware of doing any business with this person or his company located in Jacksonville, Florida
To start off, read the other scam reports as they are consistent to what I have experienced.
As far as the scam report rebuttals from Brad Thomas, AKA Commercialleads.net, they are only his
smoke and mirrors tactics to shift blame and find fault in his customer which he then avoids taking responsibility for his agreements.
He told me there are several departments along with several sales people and continues to state this. At one point, I requested a different account rep and I was told that they do not allow changing account reps and I couldn't have anyone else. Now he is telling me that he no longer is my account rep and he will not tell me who is due to my actions whatever that is. I believe he is the only one in the company. If so, this is deception on his part.
When I try to contact via email different departments in the company he has told me they will not answer my questions that I have to go through him.
Any number I have come across forwards to his cell phone and he is the only one listed anywhere on the site.
This again is all deceptive as he is the only one unless you want to consider that he works in all the departments.
I paid around $5000 to receive a special on around 160 leads. I was guaranteed I would close deals to at least cover my payment or I would receive a full refund. He even told my business partner and I that he would close a deal to secure all our interest which never happened.
I began my account on 4/6/2011 so it has been over 14 months and now I'm only receiving
emails saying my listing is is expiring. I finally received one lead today.
After returning many leads per their program and going through around 70 others in 14 months, I have 86 left to go before I'm entitled to a refund which he has now commented several times that I may not be eligible for saying that I wasn't diligent enough in my work and that he did everything he agreed to do. As you can see by the other report, I'm not the only one he made the money back guarantee to.
I elected to take leads from nearly every state and price range however besides receiving a lead here and there, I haven't received even 1 notice since 5/18/2011 until today and it is now 6/15/2011
As others have mentioned, when I told Brad that I was going to take legal action he said he was going to stop sending leads. This along with other threats were made through his emails and ticket system.
I will be contacting the Florida States Attorney General along with the FTC.
I had a business partner at the time which is a witness to the conversations and to what Brad Thomas attested to.

Here is info on him and commercialleads.net As you will plainly see, it is a one or two person business which I have nothing against unless I'm told otherwise which I have been several times.
