Jason Gilbert who runs Commercial Training Institute, claims to sell training on how to buy Commercial short sale real estate with a 90 day 100% Money Back Guarantee. The program cost me $997 and when it came I read and listed to everything in the package and there was absolutly no actual details on how to find these "deals of a lifetime" so I asked for my refund. I was told I could not request a refund for 90 days and then I had 30 days after the first 90 to request the refund.

So I waited the 90 days and then it took 12 days of emailing and calling the designated phone number to actual get intouch with someone who said they would email me the return authorization that had to be returned with all the material within 7 days. They signed for the FedEx box on 11/24/2010 (7 days after the return authorization was received) and I have called them almost everyday since December 1st asking for my refund on their answering machine, and have not had a single returned phone call or email.

I now know why their return policy makes you wait 90 days before you can try and get your money back, it is so you can't dispute the charge on your credit card because most all of them have a 60 or 90 day limit on chargebacks. What a con man Jason Gilbert is!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JASON GILBERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
