Collex Collision Collex Collision Experts Gave Warranty in Estimate, took it away in Final Invoice, could not get car running! Fort Myers, Florida

Collex Collision is the worst in town! They say they warranty it for life, fix it fast and fix it right. But they had my car for over 7 months could not get it running, damaged it, then had the audacity to put in extra small print on the final invoice no warranty on repairs. The people there are terrible! They even sent the car out to other shops because they didn't have any techs that knew how to work on my car, wish they had told me that when I brought it in! They did exterior paint work on other vehicles of mine in the past, they were not the best, but they were not the worst. This time was HORRIBLE, the paint had runs, looked like it was painted in a dust factory. THEY DONT WARRANTY your car if they mess it up! HORRIBLE!!!! I even talked to Estero Bay Chevrolet in Fort Myers and they said they no longer will work with Collex Collision at all due to the low quality work and poor customer service. I hope you get to review this report, before you take your car in there...and NEVER use them for mechanical work!! Unless you have 7 months to spare without your car!!!
