Colette Tesar, of Mutual of Omaha is out to mislead and cheat anyone working with her or for her.
I was one of the best employees of Mutual of Omaha for over 4 years before recently when Colette was made the Manager of the Underwriting Department.
I had big pay checks and always being recognized as being a top Disability Underwriter. Colette always found excuses and lies not to pay a Bonus by telling me as well as others that we missed our goals or simply she would change the rules to whatever would result in her denial to pay us.
I worked 9 AM to 10:00 pm many nights, 6 days a week. I would answer the phone and take leads all over the state that others would not run.
Andrew Watson the General Manager and Colette Tesar have screwed many Underwriters out of their rightful commissions. Watson was always snooping through my desk, calling me into his office just to call me names, degrading me and swearing at me because as he claimed I was not a Christian.
Colette and Watson were always ordering me to not display pictures of my son's BAR-MITZVAH on or around my desk. Mutual Of Omaha never displayed a Monorah until I made a statement to clients, But they always had a Christmas tree displayed.
I made Colette, Watson and Mutual of Omaha a lot of money. I built a great repor with outside Dissability Insurance Agents in 4 years working like a dog.
Colette behind my back was always calling me the Jew and the other African American lady who still works in the office, Colette and Andrew call her the “nigger.”
May of times Colette and Andresw forced us the so called Jew and the nigger to listen to their praying before meals at our Events, giving Thanks to Jesus and telling us that Jesus was the best and that whoever we prayed to was their slave.
Colette and Andrew finally had my job terminated; Colette had me fired; my retirement profit sharing and my $3000.00 which was due to me all taken away without notice. I was forced to sign a statement stating that Collette never called me a jew and that I never heard Colette call the black lady a nigger or else.
I was then fired and Colette and Andrew refused to let me clean out my desk, they tossed all my stuff into boxes and sent them to me by UPS to the wrong address; I finally received them after three months because UPS could not find them.
When I open the boxes all of my University diplomas had been damaged with Coffee stains my plaques going back as far as 15-years had been keyed and the pictures of my family had all been cut-up in little pieces and in the Box there was a note in Colette’s handwriting that says: “Next time you are not going to make it out of the oven…you f…n Jew.”
Colette Tesar and Andrew Watson are despicable human beings and if you need a job as a disability Underwriter Mutual of Omaha is not the place for you be cause the Management and Executives will cover-up any wrong doing and destroy evidence to avoid litigation |
