This is the company that we bought our phone system from. Of course when we bought it everyone was very nice an accommodating, they made sure we knew how to use the system. Recently, one of the phones we purchased stopped working. We tried to trouble shoot it ourselves but to no avail. I called the company letting them know of the trouble I was having, and that I also had another phone that seemed to be completely dead. They said someone would be in contact with me. The next day someone (a technician)shows up to look at the phone. He said all it was is a mirco-switch, he said these go on this type of phone alot. He was here for approximately a half hour, was never told how much anything was going to cost. Then we get a bill in the mail for $179.00 to fix one phone!
Here's the breakdown a "taxable hourly rate" $120.00, part $15.00 and a "trip charge" $35.00.
I called to dispute the bill, the man that answered the phone said that's what the bill is. I asked to speak to someone that could adjust the bill, he gave me to the owner and she was nasty and not customer service oriented at all. I expressed my displeasure of not being told about the fees and she said, "Why didn't you ask?" We let new customers know and I said I am a new customer and I never called for a service call before. She than stated the bill is the bill and if you don't pay it we'll send you to collections!
So beware of this company! They will charge you whatever they feel like without letting you know what the charge will be.
To say the least we will not use this company ever again!

It's a shame that this customer complained about the pricing when we installed a used phone system with a 1 year warranty to meet their budget, savings them over $5000.00 over the price of a new system.
We receive many service calls every day and those customers that are concerned about pricing will ask about our standard rates, others do not.
All things considered, the customer is well ahead based on the selling price of the phone system.
It just goes to show that no good deed goes unpunished. |
