On January 10, 2010 I ordered some faucet repair parts from Mike Cerza at CNC Distribution LLC, P.O. Box 478, Western Springs, IL 60558 email: "[email protected]". I never received the order, parts were back ordered and delivery promised multiple times over a 9 month period after which they finally agreed to refund my money. Needless to say its over a year now and I have yet to get my refund which would not include the shipping charges even if they did send my money back. Starting at nine months they stopped making excuses, said they were sending a refund, and then refuse to return any further phone calls or emails. Its now April 4, 2011 and still no refund. They did not accept credit cards for payment so I sent them a personal check. Big mistake, can't charge them back for undelivered goods, can't get a refund, can't get them to communicate about the issue. CNC and Mike Cerza are a scam, they are a predatory company specializing in selling you hard to find parts, that they don't have and certainly won't deliver. Once they have your money including outrageous shipping charges, you'll never see your parts or your money and after making excuses for months on end, they'll ignore any further communications with you. Avoid this company like the plaque they are and don't deal with any company that won't take credit cards. Lesson learned.
