Clone Queen - Clone Queen Genetics - CQDNA Caught lying multiple times to avoid honoring my 30 day warranty. 10/13 plants died within first two days. |

Living in California and being Proposition 215 compliant, I decided to start growing my own medication. Clone Queen guarantees a 30-day replacement guarantee, so my team and I felt safe ordering from them since we were video recording the whole grow for educational purposes for others. Ordering them was a breeze. Ordering from here twice before, they usually meet within a few days since their warehouse is constantly overflowing with new clones from multiple sources. They don't answer on the first call to avoid angry customers still waiting on their warranty to be honored, but if you haven't complained to them before they will call you back everytime. This was verified through calling and ordering from 3 different people/numbers. Paying $185, I ordered 13 of their best clones. Although you can find the same quality clones for about a third or less of the price through clinics, the 30-day warranty that they advertise is what we were looking for; some security. A few days later the clones arrived. 10 out of the 13 ordered were wilting pretty bad, but I contributed this to them being in a big paper bag for transport. We got the plants and transplanted them into some dirt, and put them under some CFL's to keep it easy on them since they looked so fragile. The time before this the clones didn't look this sickly at all, but doing a grow video I put my suspicions aside and made a transplanting video. I moved the clones into some organic soil and used pH balanced water to feed them. Less than three days later, 5-6 were dead, and the remainder of the 10 dead followed a couple days after. No big deal, they have a 30-day warranty right? Well we called and they didn't answer, so I looked online "clone queen guarantee valid" and found multiple troubling reports about all the excuses and scams they pull trying to avoid the warranty. I thought, no way a company would be this stupid to pull these stunts when they're already risking federal prosecution for cultivation of marijuana by the thousands. Well, when they called us back that day immediately the phone guy went to work on the pre-rehearsed excuses I had just read. He even told us the "warranty department usually takes a couple of weeks", and when informed that we had the whole thing recorded for our video, he started promising it could be sped up to a few days. Well, that was 4 weeks ago and we continue calling and texting but they simply refuse to answer our calls anymore. Not only are we posting up the unfinished grow video on YouTube to show what a scam and fraud this company is, as well as the sub-par quality of their clones. Businesses like this who are exploiting the needs of medical patients in order to circumvent federal law for profit need to be shut down. I'm forwarding this page to my uncle who is a detective in San Diego County since this business operates there as well, but also to every Federal Prosecutor's Office I find online, which in today's age is actually quite large. They have neither replaced the 10 dead plants,(we even kept them to swap to make sure they didn't think we were trying to just get free plants) nor refunded our money.
