Click N Bank Tim Bekker scammed me off 340+ leads and never paid me, Internet

On the 1st of jan 2011, i sent TIM BEKKER an email, specifically asking if the $1 per lead offer was for a global campaign and i was told ,"YES", that they do accept traffic from any country i.e worldwide. At that point, i already had a google optimized page, that i was gonna funnel my traffic to click n bank's landing page, i set this as a global campaign because this is what i was told by click n bank. In 2 days, my google adwords image campaign generated over 340+ leads for the click n bank offer.Then later that night, i tried to log into my account and it was blocked,no email from them beforehand , nothing. I sent him an email concerning this and i got a reply saying most of my leads came from middle east and they would need traffic from Australia, United States, Canada and United Kingdom, and furthermore my account would be cancelled and i would not get paid. I couldn't even believe what i was reading. My adwords funds, leads generated, effort put in, was a complete waste of time? My traffic was 100% white hat and still i did not get paid? If i was told to generate country specific traffic, that would have been a different thing but they said WORLDWIDE TRAFFIC. I have been an affiliate and have been quite successful but i really do not like to be deceived/cheated so i am letting everyone know about this, so as to keep watch and beware of TIM BEKKER, THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER. Always keep doing my stuff and things like this only make me stronger and more motivated. Thanks For Your Time.
