Well, I have written this after several months of toing and froing with these guys, they won't refund our money and so I've lost $5000 in total. $3000 to buy the "software" and a further $20000ish to fix the bugs, problems etc with the software. I don't even want to put a figure on the total losses as I find it too distressing.

All I can say is there are many more of us out there. WHY is it so hard to find a good penny auction provider? They have LIED to us non stop. Don't be fooled into thinking they are good because of the pressure and intensive sales they do - the phone-calls and emails all the time are AUTOMATED. It is NOT personal at all, and I am ashamed I fell for this basic scam.

The software does not work, I have been waiting now for 6 (yes 6) weeks to get a reply to an email, and I try ringing them and guess what you get through straight away if you are interested in buying but once youve got the software DONT BOTHER trying to ring up coz all you will get are excuses. These guys are in Israel and their English is terrible. They even swore at my business partner when she tried to ring them earlier. I have given up on this appraoch and am now just trying to get my money back - my business is not making any money now so this is a LOT of money to lose......

FINAL WORDS: Avoid this guys altogether, you will lose your hard earned money.....

I want my money back and I will looking at legal options. I have been in contact with 4 other customers of theres who lost thousands of dollars and we're going to look at our opptions. Please contact us by email on [removed]. AVOID
