Classmates.com Classmates.com stored my financial information without my permission or knowledge. Is this not stealing? Internet

I signed up for a $9.95 trial with clasmates .com. They stored my financial information without my consent or knowledge. They removed $39.99 from my account! !I attemped to cancel prior to the transaction, but no answer at the phone number provided. I filed a dispute with my financial institution, the payment was reversed back to my account. I also changed my cc numbers. Classmates.com provided to BOA durring investigation, unreadable documentation and BOA provided them with my new account information and I was charged for this unwanted product. I have been in constant contact with my financial institution, but they want to dance also. I will most likely have to change banks in order to stop this as they once again have stored my account info. and my bank it appears since they provided the new information allows this thievery. Not happy at this point with either of them. Imagine if we went into a store and they kept our financial information to use randomly or whenever without our consent or us being aware they have stored it. This is what some companies on the internet feel is good business practices? It isn't! It is stealing.
