| I was introduced to Willie Clark by my barber and was told he could repair my credit in 3 months. I was skeptical at first but when my barber told me he fixed his wife's credit and his credit I was satisfied he could do it for me. Willie gave me the list of his credit services and amounts for each and I choose the $4500 package. He told me within 3 months I should see a tremendous increse in my credit score. 3 months passed by and no change. I treid to contact Mr. Clark and my phone calls was never returned. Now that I see other have been ripped off and a law suit is in the making I to will be added to the list. Do Not Trust This Man!!! |

| We were also scammed by an Individual named Manuel W. Clark. Basically told us would use our initial 25k dollar investment as bridge money to transport gold. He promised us a return of our invesment within 45 days in the amount of $50k. Needless to say, to this day, Manny W. Clark has not returned any portion of our investment. Please contact us for more information as civil action against him is currently in process. |

| FYI: MANUEL "MANNY" W. CLARK travels all over the nation (California, Florida, Georgia etc...) and even outside the country. The above scam was on February 2011 and took place in Irvine California. After researching, we have found other similar cases of frauds and scams and have linked it to Willie Clark. Manny W. | My client was also scammed by Manuel W. Clark, howeverit was in Laguna hills of California. The team consisted of three people:Brian Morgan Burkle, Kristopher Kane and Manuel W. Clark aka Manny Clark.Manuel W. Clark introduced himself as the head of the SMH Management Inc.The signing of a contract took place at Manuel Clark's gym but MyClient was approached by Brian Morgan Burkle and Kristopher Kane atplace of employment. These two individuals knew my client had some moneysaved up for his invention. My client had just obtained a provisionalpatent that gave him one year to put his product in the market. At thispoint my client was seeking investors. Mr. Brian Morgan Burkleand Kristopher Kane talked my client into meeting up with Manny Clarkat his gym in Newport Beach. They guaranteed my client that the investmentopportunity they were offering him would be sufficient to fund the productionof his invention and my client would not need to seek any furtherfor investors. My Client met Manny Clark, Brian MorganBurkle and Kristopher Kane in two occasions at Manny's gym. First occasionwas to review and sign the contract and the second time was when my clienthanded Manny Clark the initial investment. Manny Clark assured myclient his gym would serve as collateral since all they had to show myclient were some pictures, paperwork and a piece of rock thatlooked like an unprocessed gold. My Client had worked with Brian Burkleat the same company for years. Therefore, Brian Burkle and Kris Kane usedtheir reputation and friendship as collateral. Kristopher Kane attestedto having known Manuel W. Clark for over 10 years. He assuredmy client this would help him and them out. Since that day, my client hasnot received his money back or any portion thereof.
