I entered into a contractual agreement with Clarence "Khalil Malik" Neely in early 2009. A group of my friends and I were told that I would not only be investing in concerts, but also building the brand of our Artist for our budding music Lable.

In March of 2009 we traveled to Orlando for a TI concert where our artist would be performing. At the show, everything went wrong, and we were informed that all of the materials that we had been given were fake. I spoke to the real investor of the show and found that my money had not gone in the investment of the show. Who knows where it went? A lawsuit? Or in the pocket of Mr. Neely.

If you would like to know the details of what happened, read the first report. It is identical to my situation. More than that, however, is the emotional battle that this man brought into my life. He built trust in my friends and I. He came to our homes, met our families, laughed, and cried with us.

In short, Clarence Neely is a fraud. He stole $80,000.00 from me, and also ruined my idea of people. Even worse, was the fact that he continued to tell me that I would be refunded, and I have yet to see a dime.
