| Hello. I only wish I had read the other report before letting this guy near my house or my son. I had no idea of his background. My soon is a National Guardsman and has been trying to make money by working for this guy. All he ever got was 200 bucks for fixing a roof in Winona Jaworski has done at Tripps. My son got up everyday ...dressed up and sought out storm damage claims. I contacted Farmers insurance and their adjuster paid me 6 grand up front. Jawoeski then took my forms and claim number which he later used to file an injury claim. Jaworski quickly tried to make like he was a friend of mine. I immediately felt he was sneeky and a slippery fellow. He is a very fast talker and I sense he has watched a lot of crime movies. I would never want to be his friend..but he tries to get people sucked in ..saying "would I screw you?" And "I done thousands of roofs." So he wanted half down for the roof job. Then he said he needed 500 to get a truck he never got..My son said someone repoed his Jaguar. Then he needed 500 for a new apartment. 3000 I gave him. Then he ordered the roof from Home Depot. 3000 bucks I put on my Visa. Then he told me to pull the permit saying anyone can do it. Then he said he was insured. After waiting for THREE weeks he finally got a small section done .I called the police and he gave ne advice to tell the idiot to get it done as snow was on the way. Oh he also ordered the dumpster from Verns in Mpls . I later talked to Vern. Jaworski owes him 3000. I had to pay on delivery. Vern says he will never get paid. Jaworsky finally comes back Monday and while I'm watering my flowers I hear ruckus. He said he missed the ladder and hit the pavement. No one saw anything. But he claims now my laddder was bad or I should have had the ladder safer. This guy is a roofer?? The nurse told my so that he had minor injuries. I also told him no son on roof..what's he do? Hires my son up there no experience. My son gets a slash on neck almost fatal. I had to hire new crew to finish the job. Jaworsky says to my son..they will Sue my insurance. He says he will conspire to split thousands with me. My son finally tells me this guy went to jail for fraud!! WHAT??? My girlfriend looks up Jaworsky online..bingo. Felon..fraud..contractor. Farmers Ins. lawyers come out to my property check ladder.perfect. He said Jaworski can take a hike. No case..his own fault. I think he is a prankster. He is definitely a con. And my son almost got killed..I could never live with that. This guy is dangerous..now he wants to Sue me! I'm the one out 3 grand. Do NOT let him get your insurance claim numbers..he still has mine!.he said he will put in for a supplement dried my ceiling damage..bullcrap ..a CON. Watch out! |
