Stay away from this scam artist! Do not fall for his smooth tongue and or bs documents and performance reports. He is part of a group of a multi billion dollar fraud investigator. I am a retired police officer and this is about to get interesting.

I have visitors that will be speaking to them soon. They will be traveling from NY CITY.

I also have experience dealing with, in my opinion, this scumbag and his many helpers.

He should remember that Superior Court unlawful detainer judgement against him for $18270.77 in San Francisco from July 2009 (No. CUD-09-629580). In case he has forgotten, I have not.

It's not coincidental that he mentioned a person named Chris Delfino to you. He also did so to me and said he had connections to a hotel in Napa, CA. Ryan gets away with his behavior because he has legal counsel that helps him subvert the legal system. He offered to me over months, any and every b.s. story he could come up with to delay paying rent. His lawyer also contacted me. I was uneasy about him the very first day Ifter I met him face-to-face; unfortunately, I had already accepted his rent payment that he wired to me the day before. I attempted to check him out before renting to him but mis-spelled his last name. An error that cost thousands of dollars in lawyer fees and lost rent and for the first time exposed me to a real live scam artist and his crew.

Ryan reads these posts to feed his ego and plan his moves; I'm waiting for the money you owe me in case you forgot.

I had nightmarish experiences and reams of court documents proving these people have committed criminal acts, but our courts and police could care less. Other names associated with Ryan Connelly and stealing money include Mark S. Beck and Charles Dickens.

I am happy to share all my court documents...filings, motions, depositions, judgments, etc. This is all public information. The reader can clearly understand the right and wrongs of these scammers posing as honest citizens.

These people will continue their scams and sleep well every night stealing from honest people. Our courts will not help anybody. The only process we have is to warn as many people as we can. Good Luck.
