There needs to be a class action suit against this company. I have read numerous reports about this company not honor the warranty to the customer. I am just another one that they have ripped off. I even bought 2 policies, one for my own house and one for a rental. I had used another company that was great, came out and quickly fixed my air conditioning system. I renewed with CHW and they came out, told me I needed a new condensor unit and it wasn't in the policy. I needed maintainence every 3 months. It appears from the other reports I have read, that that would not even have helped. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and think there needs to be a class action suit because of all the home owners they are continuing to scam If anyone knows how to go about it, I would be happy to file. I am planning on taking them to small claim court if I can. Karen Las Vegas, NV

I would go in on a class action lawsuit against this company! They refused to replace my hot water heater, stating the reason of "it had rust on it." What hot water heater doesn't have rust on it after 15 years of use. So I tried to cancel the policy within the 1st 30 days of using it and they refused to refund my money. They told by credit card company they would pro rate back the rest of my money, then they quit answering phone calls or letters. I am out $688.00 for the unuseful policy and another $900 for a new hot water heater. They are the biggest scam. Thier policy for canceling is within the 1st 30 days, and there is a 30 day waiting period before you can even use it.

Include me as well! The contract was done over the phone and I asked several times what does this insurance cover. Then I listed what I expected they cover and he assured everything I mentioned was covered. This included the plumbing system. Hot water is not coming out of our bath tub faucet. When I called today, they indicated it was not covered. I told them this was a breach of contract, yet they refused to fix the problem. [email protected]
