Chicken Express Steven Newmans, Hailey Ford False firing, managers that are in a relationship, teaming up on employees to fire them or make them quit

I was an employee at Chicken Express. When I started there the employees were always telling me to watch out for Hailey and Steve because Hailey is Steve's "princess" and they can do and say whatever they want. All was fine but annoying because all they do everyday is just stand there all day and talk and flirt with eachother, even in front of the customers. They also sit in the office 90% of the day on their facebooks and on their cell phones. One night Hailey starts pointing her finger at me in a rude way telling me to get in the office and I said Im fine but thanks and she said it again so I repeated myself so then she tells me to go home. I go to my next scheduled day and Steve pulls me in the office and tells me that if Hailey wants to talk to me then I need to do what she says and he also starts telling me that I will never find a job because of the fact that I am bi-polar, and tells me that he could fire me and replace me in the drop of a dime. So he wrote me up for leaving that night even though she made me leave. After Steve said that to me I felt really disrespected. Therefore I did not interact with him and so he pulls me in the office again and tells me that if I were not employed there that there would be no "drama" and he pulls out a stack of applications telling me again how easy it will be to replace me. I went to the bathroom and I cried my eyes out and went back to work. A day later I am working another night shift with Hailey and I am talking to another employee and all of a sudden Hailey tells me to go home. I asked why I was being sent home and she said "because your talking shit" I said "No, we were not even talking about you we were talking about the customers" the person I was talking to also told her we were not talking about her but she still made me go home. Again I went to my next scheduled shift and I walk in and Steve tells me to go to the office. We get in the office and he told me that he "said" last time that we talked that if Hailey sent me home again he would fire me. That was not said and that was also not on the last write up that he did on me. So he fired me and when I asked for my termination papers he said no the computer is down so I told him I would be there everyday until I get my papers and he said ok. I still have not gotten my termination papers. I think something needs to be done about those two. I am not the first to get fired because of Hailey and there are several people that she made quit but Steve will not say anything to her because she is his girlfriend.
