Cherry Valley lakes Resort Buyer Beware ! Read Your Contract before you sign it Beaumont, California

In 2008 bought membership to this Dump of a park , repeated changes in management resulted in the owners stopping the process of buying out your week out. Even though there were 24 empty sites i was told I had to move out or they "The Owners" would call the cops to remove me then I would be ban from the park for ever! Even though I have a valid paid up membership, Even though I have a sign document stating I could do a buyout for $95.00 a week If space was available( which there was). Even though I as a former volunteer at this park for over 1 year, with a verbal contract with the managers ( the "Owners agents" to be allowed to accumulate free buyout weeks for all the work I had done there, that verbal contract was voided. Their word and their written contract means nothing. When I spoke to a Rep.( Randy Wright) at their Emerald cove office I was told there were "NO" empty sites. and have for a long time at Cherry Valley Lakes, ( photos don't lie). I wrote to both Mr. Phil Younis , President of Colorado River Adventures , and Mr. Mark Wade Mgr. @ Emerald cove about this situation and got no response to that letter to this date. They just don't care about anything but taking your money. If ever there was a Campground membership to avoid this one has to be at the top of the list.
