| On April 30, 2011 my son ordered an iTech Easy Chat 308 (qty 1) from ChatAndVision online for 2590 rubles (about $92). Delivery was promised within 5-6 business days. Delivery never occurred. He has written ChatAndVision about this request and established case #xxxxxxx122585X. When the issue continued to be unresolved, I contacted ChatAndVision myself and established case #xxxxxxx153807X on May 30, 2011. When the product was determined as not delivered, they agreed to refund his money. Since May 30, 2011, I have made several e-mail attempts to contact them and get this issue resolved. They reply with numerous excuses, but the refund has not occurred as of June 27, 2011. Customer Service is largely non-existant. There are numerous recent complaints about this company's fraudulent business practices. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) needs to shut down this business. |

I bought an Asus SV1T Skype video phone from this company. On the first page on the internet listing its says "Portable, with rechargeable battery" and under the headline "In the box" it was saying "Lithium battery".
When the phone arrived there was no battery found. I noted to them it was missing, but in return the sales support Ana wrote back that the battery was an accessories and not included. However I did make a pdf print of the internet listing, send it to Ana / support saying it is featured to be portable with rechargeable battery and no where - even under the "accessories listing" a battery is mention to be extra. You can't even order a battery from the website!!!
Long story short - I asked their support about 10 times to get my battery and even with physical evidence evidence in my hand, the support department totally ignored my mails and the fact that the battery was to be included. I asked to speak with a superior several times but got ignored each and every time. They kept saying "no battery included".
To make case worse - a few days later Chat and Vision removed the saying "Lithium battery" in the "In the box". Thats is called cheating!
I do have all screen dumps available from several sites, UK, HK, Thailand Denmark etc - no matter what these people just total ignore you. You do not deal with intelligent life here, so I warn you all to stay away. I got cheated and they just didn't give a damn once the money was paid. Even to correct the listing following is pure cheating and as such I can only recommend to stay far far far away from these liars. |

In April chatandvision promessed they wold pay my money back for a return. I still havend got my money back.
I live in Holland, so my Englisch is not so good. Sorry for that. |

| So I just bought the Plantronics .Audio 655 from chatandvision and found this after I submitted all my credit card information. I'm definitely nervous right now but I'll give them a few days first. Hopefully, I'll get my stuff. |
