Very poor product - even poorer customer care at chatandvision.com

I bought a WIRELESS headset to use with Skype from Chat and Vision on 20th April this year for €52 and when it arrived it was absolutely useless as the quality was poor and as soon as you moved a few cms away from your computer ( remember this is a wireless headset!) noone could hear what I was saying.

I contacted them on the 24th April and told them I was unhappy with the product and that I was returning it ( at MY expense) for a refund.

They received the item a few days later and since then - 5 MONTHS - I have been emailing them constantly to get my refund. They email me back every time ( so far 37 times) saying sorry they have to do a technical assessment or it has to go back to the manufacture or some other fob off and I keep telling them that it is a poor quality product and not faulty but to no avail. Their latest pathetic response was a couple of days ago saying the same thing.

They simply hope I will give up - which I wont. I am informing Skyupe that they should not be allowing this company - Chatandvision.com - to sell anything that works for them as their Customer Service is simply non-existent.
