I purchased three phones the day before Fathers Day at this store. I had a Jose Villatoro help me. It took 4 hours to get my phones activated. He also tried selling me a plan for home phone as well as the mifi. I kept telling him that we didnt need it. He even tried selling me a phone for my daughter. I laughed it off but he was really upsetting me. Now, it took twice to get the phones activated that day. Jose needed someones help every 1/2 hour.. He didnt know how to do his job. Sunday.. My phone a droidx2 didnt work. I called on Monday and I was told to bring up the phone. A Ryan got the phone working and was thrilled. I went back home on Monday night.. Tuesday.. I used the phones data plan. DIDNT WORK> Now, called the Privately owned company once again. Jose told me that I could return it for another phone. (anyone could help me) I proceeded to go back to the store. Roy then was the salesman. He is a JERK. He made remarks that I was not in MCdonalds and cant tell him off in here. My daughter Megan ask him how he would feel if your phone didnt work and just purchased it 4 days ago and hasnt worked once... beings we have now been on tech support, and now the 2nd time in store. Roy asked her.. "HOW old are you" Megan replied 12. Roy told her HE was not speaking to her about the phones. We were told that we didnt need to watch him or stand by him since it would not make him work any faster. I wanted to get my money back and go to another Verizon. A direct Verizon dealership. He would not give us our money back and went through all these test with the phone. He was trying to say the phone was fine. I nor my daughter have never experienced such a horrid scene. By the time we were about to leave. We both were upset and crying. We both noticed that the sales people were laughing. I have to say if it wasnt for a $35.00 restocking fee. I would have not stayed. Its bad enough that they over charged for the phones on Saturday and Im expecting a check from them in the mail. The salesman (Jose) said he didnt know the prices... (and he works at a verizon store).. He saw me come in with a brand new car so he figured that he could charge anything. Note,, When I did come back on Monday.. another lady told me NOT to go in the store. They are not good to work with. They are scam artist and charged her more... She received her money back that day... Please note that there are actual Verizon Dealers out there. ASK them.. Dont assume. This Verizon Dealership had in small letters "cellular sales"Also.. Wednesday the 22nd of June .. when I was verbally attacked... I called back AGAIN since my phone didnt work at home.. He told me I was not aloud to go back to the store and he wouldnt help me. He said I called him a p**ck... HMMM dont know about that one.. But,I guess Other customers felt the same about him as I did. >>>>>customer beware<<<<< I then had to call Verizon Wireless support on the phone... Verizon Support fixed the phone. They are aware of customer service as well. Please note that I am waiting for a $100 check from Cellular sales since they over charged me and 2 $50 rebates. In which one of the rebates was not given to me first hand. Horrible service and customer appreciation. |
