| this company is very unproffecional, scams people and dont give out refunds |

| I downloaded Cell Spy Agent and tried to install. When it wouldn't work, tried their online chat, but 'Ashley' told me to follow the online instructions. I called the 800 number only to be told to send an email to their support department. I sent an email detailing everything I did and never received a response. I finally contacted Spector Pro which I had used on my computers for many years. I downloaded their eblaster and it works great and I have a support group that is very helpful and professional. |

| Cell spy is a scam dont purchase I called within the 5 days to get a refund and so far it has been a month and so far they keep saying i will get my refund within 72 hours yeah well its been a month dont get cell spy now its a scam |

I lost my phone and in a panic, came across Cell Spy Agent. I paid a dollar for what I thought was an account so that I could track my phone via GPS. I unknowingly purchased software. The site is very ambiguous, and says nothing about software; except, in a small box to the right of the checkout page where you pay a dollar. In that small box it tells you that you have 3 days to cancel or your credit card will be charged 69.95. When I saw the charge online on my credit card, I called immediately. I was rudely spoken to by the representative and he repeatedly asked me if I read the terms and conditions. The only terms and conditions were in that tiny box, by the way. I finally, after getting irate, got instructions to download a refund form. I downloaded it the same day, filled it out, and mailed it. I noticed that I met all the requirements for a refund. There was no follow up information, just an address and a paragraph explaining that I would get a refund within 30 days. So, I waited thirty days, and no refund. I called customer service, and he stated that he would forward my request to the refund department. When I insisted on contact information, he denied that there was any. He did give me an email address. I sent an email. Still no response. I then disputed the charge through my credit card company, however, they responded to that and unfortunately, my credit card upheld the charge. I will call them tomorrow!
Now, I am launching a major campaign to get my money back. I did what I was supposed to do, and It seems as if I am not alone. Bottom line is this; I lost my phone and never even got the software... I never activated any key code...I never received the product. I mailed a refund request form within the specified time frame, however, it was probably tossed when it was received.

I am so aggravated and appalled that such businesses think they can get away with stealing people's hard earned money. Its not about the 70.00 anymore. Its about the principal. I would like to see them go out of business! Strength is in numbers! Please tell me your story. I would like to know how they have scammed others.

| Cell Spy Agent scammed me and still has my 69.99 after 3 months - I filled out the refund form and called again and again - half the time getting an oriental person who didn't know English, or where the supervisor or manager is? I filed a Better Business Report and suggest you do too- it shows that this company is no good. I am amazed they can just steal you money -- now what? Attorney General for Utah? Congress? I am not dropping the issue - did anyone receive money back from these sharks I wonder. File a complain with the BBB it helps others see this scam - I check the Better Business Bureau whenever I shop online now! And I bought a cheap pay as you go phone - cause losing my Iphone and this scam cost me over $500. NOT AGAIN! |

(Caveat Emptor, ) Under the doctrine of caveat emptor, the buyer could not recover from the seller, The the seller actively concealed latent defects or otherwise made material misrepresentations amounting to fraud. this operation an abomination to all trusted corporations and should be held accountable.
they charge you 1 dollar to download this app then surprise in VERY SMALL PRINT !!! the say you have 3 days to use this before you get charged $70 a month, (try to read that on a 3 inch screen suckers)
I finally made contact with them and was told to go inline for the refund form ( LOL) 2 days of searching for a blind link and still no form, I called them back to confirm the link and was told to type in the same thing,
so once again I made contact with them and was told to write and send a request letter to them, so I did (adding to the insult ) still no refund are even a kiss my ass looser! the bank (US BANK reversed the charges then charged them back again, but that's another story ) so now I am still stuck with the bill and never even used there services. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!! SO PLEASE do yourself a favor an avoid this company at all cost!!! ROB C |
