I tried this so called cell phone spy software from cell-control.com. It makes big claims to do amazing stuff (listen to calls, read sms texts, never have to touch the target phone, gps, simple and easy download in minutes).
1) dowload was a zip file and I had to use 3 zip programs to finally open
2) tried to download files to cellphone, received errors of 907 invalid files
3) I emailed the company, was given a generic message to use an updated zip file program
4) with a little techno knowledge I have, after 3 days I found out how to down load files properly
5) files download, press run and I get "java lang, noclassdef found" error
6) for 4 days straight I emailed then to get same generic message "Here are the steps to download to Blackberry. Site claims 100% refund, I have request 10 times, but they keep replying with messages on how to download files to a BlackBerry. Never Use This Scam called CELL-CONTROL.COM |

| I am having the same issues no response from the 24/7 support, they have let me download the product 3 times but what is the point if you cant open the zip files. the jar files are ok but the tar files wont unzip. they make it sound so simple. bearing in mind you wouldnt turn to this sort of idea unless you were out of your mind with worry. what a joke |

I paid for this software over 100 bucks. This software is not meant to work at all. They hide them self under the fact that you opened the software and unopened software can not be returned. Well if the software does not work at all there has to be some type of protection against that.
please void this software as I am now out of 100 dollars and i am sure the next victim will be as well. |

| Hi all, I can help you out. I'm a reseller for Cell Control and I understand their customer service is really bad. I personally had to physically track down the company technicians to get the specific unzipping and installation details. Apparently you have to convert the files again. I can do that for you. Send the zip file to [email protected] together with the specific phone model you're using. I'll customize it for your phone and send it back to you. After you've seen it work you can then go ahead and "tip" me out of your clear conscience, not necessary though. I'm just trying to create a healthy market for this software as I wouldn't want to be associated with selling a fraud product. |

| Well I Have asked question about this product and no one will answer me.. on the site it say you can ask a question then I do and it tell me my question is to short and wont send it in and have sent an email to [email protected] and no answer there either. |

| Totally agree!!! I have contact these people over and over and they tell you the same mess its like they copy and paste the same thing from there website to answer any questions you have. This is a TOTAL SCAM...Do not get caught up in this mess. I have downloaded the file on my computer, convert the JAR files to APK, and it still wont open or work on my Android phone. They tell you this mess about if your not 100% satisfied you will get a refund that is a lie. These people will keep sending you the same nonsense that they have on there website word from word. Now they have made up this so call Edwin trying to cover up/help but he doesn't answer your email. Just send you back a(n) Auto Responder stating that email was received and he will get back with you shortly. This is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...Not only did I get scam but a second payment was taken out of my account when I informed them that the file they sent me was already stating that it was open and I couldn't download it. WOW I have really learned my lesson..I'm going through my credit card company now trying to dispute this and to let them know how these people are Con artist |

Oh I forgot to mention when you go on the website Cell-control.com they make it seems so good and so easy but once they con you out of your money they will send you this manual on how to install the software and that's when they tell you about I phones you will have to jailbreak your phone..This IS NOT mentioned on there website. Also with the Androids you will have to convert files and all kind of mess. I did exactly what they said and it still didn't work. They really let you know just how much they care once you pay for the software. This is the return policy on there website(you will see what I am talking about when I say you will see how much they care once they take your money)

I have also fallen for this . I paid £56 for this pile of crap. I have emailed support@cell-control to ask for a refund but it just bounced back.

| I wish I had come upon this information before I wasted my money. This place is definitely a scam. I downloaded the files to my computer, transferred them to my Android phone and I was not able to open the files there either. I sent an email to their "customer service" and received the exact same information that was in the horrible user manual. Please avoid this product. It does not work; at least for android. I'm going to try a BBB complaint. |

| I fell for it as well, sounded great until you see whats really there. No customer service but a automated response. I used paypal/credit card and I am sure I will be covered on this. There is always someone out there to lazy to make a real living. Watch out for some others out there as well. If you watch the video, they all use the same one LOL. I planned on using mine to find a cheater, realized if there is a doubt, there's usually a good reason for it. Good luck to all of you out there in the same position. |

i have the same exact issue. It is definitely a SCAM. After my 3rd email they have stopped responding even with their automated stupid replies. Its so obvious they will never ever refund the money.

| I got totally ripped off: I prepaid for 2 years and I am not getting what's advertized to me. I didn't get a refund neither, and I discussed this with them multiple times.
