Celergy Networks, Inc. Celergy Networks Celergy Networks not paying their contractors. San Diego, California |

Celergy Networks, Inc. is a Computer Networking, Installation, Service/Repair company located in San Diego, CA. Like many National service companies, they hire the services of technicians and small companies across America to perform nationwide rollouts, and field services across the states. In January of 2011 we were hired to perform two troubleshooting services in a City over 40 miles away, after doing the services, signed by their customers and also approved by the company, we have been calling for payment, leaving messages and emailing the accounts payable department, and all we get is an email back stating that they will return our call. I have politely asked them return my calls and have not had any luck. I can not stress this enough to the small companies out there and technicians trying to make a living to stay away from this company unless you want to fall as a victim. I just don't know how they can call themselves professional, responsible, and boast about working for the fortune 1000 companies. Four months later, and still trying to have some sort of communication with accounts payable, all efforts have been futile. My responsibility is to report organizations like this, that use the effort, manpower and finances of the small companies that are trying to survive in this difficult market. A word of warning to technicians and small service companies, do a background check on companies that request you to service their customers before you invest your time, money and resources. |

Ahhh i seee that i am not the only one having the same problems. I am in a little deeper. Celergy Networks owes me a large amount of money and i do not mean a small amount i am talking almost double digits. They have been the worse contractor i have ever delt with. Celergy doesnt care about the subcontractors. When any one signs a master agreement to become a subcontractor do not accept large projects using the master agreement . Ask for a different agreement for the project because you might not ever get paid for it like our company..and not much you can do for a legal situation if you signed the master agreement. This would be a great time to find ways to sue the damn business. if any one knows anything post it. |

I worked for them back in 2004 and the problem goes back further.. The owner lives in the most expensive part of north county SD. They have about 25+ employees and it sucks working there. Sorry guys. Class action? |
