Did the mistake of trusted just out of college kids with nice, inocent and honest presentation representing a company without ethics values and representation. Got the package of 4 land lines and 2 cellphones, internet package, virtual receptionist, fax number (the works), supposed to merge everything in one account and save money, but was a bad choice. -There was hidden fees -The Internet got half slow speed as the previous company. (Even the qwest guy that installed warned me at the installation time) -The features promised on the virtual receptionist wasn't true, it was a horrible system -My fax number was never able to transfer -An the Mobiles reception was very bad, not signal inside my office. we have to go out, (Is how I found out service was from sprint because we don't have Sprint signal in our area) - And the email server was a joke. I called the customer service immediately of the installation and told me I could cancel because they needed to finish the installation of the whole package before shows active on the system to be able to cancel. It took two months to finished all the applications to installed and called "done or installation complete" (took for ever to install the Virtual receptionist) so I called to cancel that day and the service told me that I couldn't because it was 35 days since contract, and I can only cancelled on 29 days (not 30) but they offered an extra discounted package. At 45 days I was so done with the service, with 7 or 8 tickets open for different malfunctions, and I got the email from my competitor (they have similar name than me, we do real estate) they were trying to change system to Cbeyond, but Cbeyond got confused it was one of my branches of satellite office and email them all my information, list of my clients calls and how much I pay and all my information. My competitor never signed up with them, and felt that should tell me. Now I'm in collection for 13,000 from Cbeyond, I open a claim Case with Washington state Attorney General office, for Business malpractice and I tell at least 5 to 10 business owners a month about Cbeyond, actually I did a speech at a chamber of commerce in front to 500 business owners and I managed to tell my story of Cbeyond. and I will continue telling my story as many business Owners as possible. Protect us from Cbeyond and their Reps |
