sent them a 32mb iPhone5. was quoted 399.00 in return. they received the iPhone5, and seem to have left the proverbial building. they said they would be calling me immediately, yet no call. and no check - the BBB continues to certify their multiple cash for online ventures. this company is breaking the law. |

Qouted $387.00 for a mint condition Iphone 5s 32 gb phone but received only $59.00. Company will not return the phone.
Was quoted $387.00 to sell my iPhone 5s 32gb phone. However, the company only paid 59.00. I was notified of the payment via email into my PayPal account on Friday, 10/10/2014. I sent an email immediately back to the company (5:44AM on the 10th) stating that the amount was much less than originally quoted and that I would like my phone back. I received no reply back and called the company on 10/13/2014 to follow-up and request that my phone be returned. At that time the rep. told me the phone had been "processed" and that hey could not return the phone to and that they would offer a total of $200.00 for the phone. The phone that was sent in was a factory replacement phone direct from Apple, it had not been activated since receiving the phone from Apple and the item was to sell what was essentially a brand new phone. It did not have a charger so so deduction would have been acceptable but the payment of $59.00 was ridiculous. The rep said that i had 3 days to accept or decline the payment, again payment was sent on Friday, even though i had sent an email requesting my phone be returned they then told me i had to call them for that. First of all their terms and conditions start out referring to business days and the to days and secondly, they never responded to my email. The company refuses to send my phone back and only offer a small % of what the original offer was. I don't know how any legitimate company could quote $387 and pay $59. After reading other complaints on BBB, this seems to be their business practice, almost all the stories sound the same. Additionally, I an under 18, which I told the rep. |
