I was notified via email that I qualified for a loan with this company in the amount of $7,500.00. I checked out this site and the BBB and didnt see anything, so I thought they were OK--all of the complaints i have read were done after I sent in my money. First I was told that there was a collateral payment that would have to be paid and it was over $1000. I was told that I could pay $500 now and then within 24 hours of the funds being put into my account, I would then send the balance. The $500 was sent on 9-13-11. Around the time that the funds were supposed to be in my account, I receive a phone call from another representative by the name of Jessica White, telling me that the private lenders were requiring me to pay loan insurance in the amount of $795+. They agreed to knock that down to $575.00. I requested and received a letter from an Adam Hunt-Account Executive-that guaranteed that I would receive the funds within 5 hours of sending the $575. I never did receive the funds. I received a call from a representative by Ryan Dicks who informed me that now the private lenders were requiring me to send another $700+ for loan taxes but that they would agree to let me pay $500. It was at that time that I requested that all of my money be refunded to me as soon as possible. I was told that this process could take 14-30 business days. I dont have that long to wait for them and I see no reason why it should take that long. These people scammed me and other people as well and they need to be stopped and everyone get their money back as soon as possible! They need to be put out of business before more people are hurt and broke.
