They don't care about your teeth. They care the dollar only. Whatever they suggest and do is to get the highest dollar amount but provide the lowest quality. They will come up with whatever ridiculous charges on your credit card without even sending you a bill to review. Office staffs were not good at dealing with insurance company either, for their high cost service, many insurance companies will reject, so you will have to be responsible for all the cost. Then if you'd like, you can work with the insurance company to get your cost reimbursed, most likely you can get that reimbursed, not because you as insurance customer has power, just only because you can better state the fact to get insurance company approve your reimbursement. What does that tell you? Their staff is just not good enough. Isn't his staff suppose to be better at stating the fact to insurance company in the first place comparing to have you deal with insurance company? When you call them for anything other than making appointment, they will put you on hold 10 minutes, then hang up by someone. Be ready to call 20 times and only finding out someone is at lunch break again, so he/she will call you back, but you will never get a call back. How funny??? Also, their office is right besides Subway, so be ready to enjoy the cheese smell while your service was done, and be ready to change your cloth when you walk out, because you will smell like a cheese when you walk out of their office. When you do a porcelain which will cost you a fortune, but after the service is done, your teeth still hurt, what would Dr. Henley tell you? "This will be it is, we cannot re-work or nothing". Most of the time, their staffs shows laidback and don't care attitude. If this is the service you want to get??? If so, go with this dentist. last min calls demanding that you come in now!! His wife glares at you, and demands all money upfront. They make you pay every penny tell you that the insurance money will go to you then they scam you out of that STAW AWAY>>>
