I purchased the dash cam thinking it was a good price, however I soon found out, you get what you pay for. First off, after waiting quite some to for it to even leave the factory, I requested for them to cancel my order. Of course they were unable to do that. When I finally received the camera, I was surprised the box had no company name or address, or any other information on the box. Inside the box, the instructions were extremely limited. Although I consider myself somewhat good with electronics, these so called instructions were horrible. The camera does not do what it is advertised to do, and after some research, I found other complaints online about the camera and the company. D O N O T B U Y. It doest not record in a loop as advertised. The infrared/ night vision feature does not work as advertised. When I went to their website for help, the "live chat" pops up, but as soon as you start talking about a problem, they say no one is available. But when you ask about purchasing a camera, the chat person will respond. It was Grett who responded. I also found a website the warns of fake camera and what to look for and it appears the one I got is not authentic. So, buyer beware.
