Capitalone Auto financing
Capitalone Auto financing capitalone Capitalone the biggest Lairs and ripoff there is out there. Buyer beware Long Beach, California
26th of Mar, 2011 by User103775
I bought a car and used Capitalone for my financing and things were good at first. But we ended up change job which meant different paydays. So I call them to change the due date and you can only do this one in the time of the loan. In January 2007 I called and talked to the customer service and Changed the date from the 15th to the 20th of the Month. I thought all was good until I got a letter from them saying that the date was change to the 30th of the month and because February on had 28 days in the month some years that they change the due date without asking me to the 2nd of each month. I called them right away and told them that that would not work foe me we have it changed to the 20th to make sure it would never ever be late. They told that that was to bad that is what it was changed to and there was nothing that I could do about it.
I have place over 150 phone calls to capitalone and told that only a supervisor can fix this problem I have been told 97 time that a supervisor would call me back and they could take off all the late charges now over 900.00 in late fee when I have never been late. If they would have change the date right. They totally admit that it there"re fault but 4 years later and a phone call every month that last over 2hours every time. They still have not fixed the problem and still charge me each month a later charge for there mistake. They say I owe 900.00 in late fee's. I have tried to sell the car but they refuse to give me a pay off on the car until the 900.00 is paid. I couldn't get a new car also because they have reported to my credit report as late every month. I tried to get a new house and again because of there reporting to the credit company's that my payments were late. I was refused. This company has pretty much wrecked my life. I have never ever been late once. I have another car loan and my recorded showed paid on time 100%. I want them to burn in hell for what they are doing to peoples life

Buyers be ware nationally!

Their most dangewrous scam is delaying the ability of their borrowers to pay off thre exorbat antclose out fees of several thousands of dollars.

Capital one has forced me to over pay my loan by six payments that i had not contracted for.

Underduress of repossession I continue to pay while Capiyal One stalls on my requested audit of my loan credits and debite. My accountant says that I am over paid by $1, 500 on an $8, 000 loan when disputed unidentified fees, journals of my principle and escrow credits.

Banks are alledged to be reguladated by the US Treasury. What a joke regulation under BUSH who deregulated everything.

The treasury arm is limited to counterfitting. Rogue Banks do far more harm.

Try to estimate the Billions of converted dollars the Banks steal form their depositors and car financing.
