Felonies by general dentist Dr Rosa Pena of Cabo Soft Dental Care, Angels Touch Dental in Los Cabos - and co-conspirator time-share salesman Enrique Ilitzsky includes charges of Identity Theft, Felony Defamation, False Testimony, Grand Theft, Consumer Dental Fraud
Dra Rosa Pena's boyfriend Enrique Ilitzsky who is a former time-share salesman is manipulating the emotionally and mentally incapacitated Dra Rosa Pena whose husband David Mandich left her because of her degenerative schizophrenia that after ten years of treatments by 3 Baja psychologists continued to worsen. Pena is in denial of her condition, drifts in and out of reality and won't maintain her medications according to her former husband David Mandich.
Mr. Ilitzsky has hijacked her clinic changing the name from Angels Touch to Cabo Soft Dental Care after losing a lawsuit regarding ownership of the Angels Touch Dental Clinic domain which Pena's husband David Mandich created and owns.
Mr. Ilitzsky who is 10 years younger than Dra. Pena, desperate for control of Pena's business arranged a sham Jewish wedding with her over a year before her divorce was filed.

Mr. Ilitzsky promotes general dentist Dr. Rosa Pena as a specialist in order to attract lucrative large treatment patients when she is only a general dentist and not formally trained or certified for for dental implants, oral surgery, perio, endodontics etc.
General dentist Dra. Rosa Pena never attended any dental specialist college, was never a member of any specialist board and has no business doing advanced specialist dentistry. If Dr Pena was practicing in the USA - she'd be jailed for attempting complicated advanced dentistry she is uncertified for.
Angels Touch Dental Clinic when under the management of her former husband David Mandich had dental specialists brought in from the outside for all the advanced dental procedures.
In order to cover himself for the theft of the Angels Touch Dental Clinic in San Jose de Cabo - Ilitzsky had David Mandich and former dental specialist employed at Angels Touch arrested for using the business domain and name that Mandich created and owned.
A federal judge threw out the bogus case and ordered the corrupt judge who issued the complaint against Mandich and the specialist removed from the bench when the Cabo judge could not justify his actions.
After losing the case against David Mandich for the rights to the Angels Touch brand created by Mandich - Ilitzsky changed the clinic name from Angels Touch to Cabo Soft Dental Care.
Ilitzsky continues to defame Mandich and others on the internet, sends bogus patient inquiries to competitive dental clinics.Committing identity theft - Ilitzsky uses Mandich's friends and family names for making false accusations against Mandich and continues to control and manipulate Dra. Pena who is emotionally dependant on this sick criminal.
One final note: If you are searching for a dentist in Cabo or anywhere in Mexico for anything beyond a routine drilling or tooth filling - search online for a board certified Mexico dentist. They cost the same as un-certified general dentists.
