Matt Stern from Buy Right TV contacted me to tell me that they liked our products and for only $700 and NO FURTHER FEES they would put our product on TV and conduct web sales, etc.
Sure enough after sending the $700 and samples he called me and said that in order to proceed they would need another $1500.00.
At that point, I asked for my money back and he hung up and no longer returns my phone calls or emails.
Stay far away from this scam. |

I suffered a similar problem. Do you have any idea how to get a hold of BRTV, Mat Stern, or the BRTV president Catherine L Rottman?
I want to prosecute. Please share your info so we can communicate and maybe together we can get them.

Hello, I to was victim of Matt Sterns scam and also am out $700. It started back in August. My BBB claim was closed about 3 weeks ago with no assistance from BRTV. I have saved emails and phone messages about what they were going to give me and /or produce for me. It has caused us great financial problems as we produced $7k of our product as we were to have an order from them, . We are now in danger of losing our business and now our home as we are in debt for product.
I am wanting to move forward with legal action but don’t have the financial backing at this time. Please count me in. This guy has to be placed behind bars.

I got suckered too. They got me for $1200 + over $1000 of product. I would like to join in any legal action + contact the state attorney general. Please let me know how I can join in.
