the owner of this company is jd. he told me he was having problems with ups because they denied his claim was dismissed. i think he is running a insurance scam on them. so now i guess he is trying it on fedex. my box came to me in a cardboard box with no dents. i opened the box and looked at the cable box i had bought from them, my son hooked it up for me then noticed that there were missing buttons on the front. now when i spoke to jd he tells me i have to pay to ship it back. he sold me a piece of crap. it looked like a bad refurb job and about 10 years old. he told me to then call my cable supplier wich i did not because it came out of the box missing parts. he then tells me the box will work. why would i call my cable company to even try and activate a box i want to send back. i never recieved a order number or any type of pamphlet has to how to install this box Please dp youself a big favor and stay far far away from this company..just a lil piss ant scam company. you would think the way he talks about all the thousands of shippments he has sent out he would need more space then a lil cape cod house on a side street
