BUEL INC. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIERS AND THIEVIES Chesnee, South Carolina |

This company is on of the biggest scams that is out there. they have you come in and sign a contract with them to lease a truck and that you will make lots of money, but what they do not tell you is that the shop account that you are paying on is all ready in the hole due to the person that lease the truck before you. I found out that the truck that I leased was in the hole for $18,000 which had to be paid up before my account wa in te good. The next issue with this company is that the force you to use a shop in Rockport MO. This shop charges you out the WAZOO. If you found a shop cheaper and did a better job on your truck they made you pay the shop out of you own pocket before you left. The next issue is the loads as a Independent Lease Operator the company is supposed to show you the load comformation from the shipper on the rate that they will pay to have the load shipped. When you go into the office and ask them for this information the say that the driver has no right to this information, Several formal office empoylees told driver that Buel does not want the driver to know ths because they a skimming off the top. They will tell you a load pays $1000.00 which you will get 69% of an come to find out the load paid $1500. The next issue is the PC MILER that the use the will give you aload to a city with 3 stops or 3 pick-ups on it but they will only pay you the miles to get to the city to your first stop and not the rest. There is a driver I know that still works for the company he has been there for about two years, he is under a 3 years contract, he tells me that he has to sign another 2 year contact with them because he has to get a truck over haul on his 2006 Kenworth T600, what a joke. By the time he finishes the payments on this truck it will be time for a new one. This is all about how much money can a driver put MR BUELS pocket. This company was kicked out of the State of North Carolina for Major DOT violations, so that is why they are operating in South Carolina, One of the reason is person that is now in charge of the work that is to be done was caught using off road fuel in his truck, not once but several times. It is bad that you have a really nice recuiter who finally quit because she got sick of lieing to the new drivers, which she was told to do so to get drivere in the door. I was told that I was going to make between a $1500 to $2000 a round (14 days) after about a year working there I only made One $2000 and a $1200 check the rest was in between $200 to $900. I was out for 21 days one time and made a $200 pay check. On my last day the did not give me a check not even a pay stub. I lost about $60,000 with this company, but I am look on the bright side and that is I am hoping to recope some if not all plus more of this money with the class action lawsuit that I am involed in. For any driver looks for or know anybody looks for a trucking job an is thinking of going to BUEL INC. Dont.
