| I hired this attorney to handle a simple case. Unfortunately, he is very lazy, extremely unorganized and unbelievably unprofessional. I paid him an upfront flat fee. He was supposed to file paperwork twice and failed to do so both times. His lack of action in my case resulted in a summary judgment against me...because he did not file the needed paperwork. This guy must have a night job. He doesn't answer phones during the day and returns my calls as late as 10:30 pm. He is a complete joke. He will take your money but he will not provide you with legal services. I filed an ethics complaint against him and I am now pursuing civil action as well for malpractice, negligence and professional misconduct. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and avoid Las Vegas attorney, Bryan C. Hunt (Bar#11193) at all costs. |

I unfortunately too hired this theif called an attorney to work my case. He does not return phone calls promptly, if at all. Did not file my legal paperwork and only after I checked with the court to find out if the correct paperwork was filed, found out it was not. I had to rush and do it myself. He lied when he said he would do the paperwork for me.
I should have known better. If you meet him, notice how he will talk about himself, and not so much about you or your case. BIG CLUE. |

| Should have read these reviews first. He is everything listed here and more. LIAR, LAZY! Won't return a phone call and has an excuse for everything. BEWARE..He is in Reno now and by my experience, he is worse than ever. |

| I worked with him in Reno and everyone here is absolutely right. Ocotillo, I'm pretty sure he was working for TPI Law at the time you made that post, so he was busy. | This review was written by an individual who failed to pay filing fees in his case which would have allowed a responsive Motion to be filed. In accordance with the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct, an attorney cannot advance a client filing fees. Additionally, the opposing party produced evidence that ultimately resulted in the dismissal of his case. Unfortunately, there are always going to be people who have to blame someone lese when they do not get the result they that they wanted. The Public Interest Law Firm, Inc. (TPI Law) was a law firm in Reno, NV, that ultimately preyed upon primarily Hispanic homeowners who were facing foreclosure. The firm expected them to pay an initial retainer and monthly fees for representation. These clients were promised litigation that would allegedly get them their house for free and/or reduced to market value along with pursing a loan modification. The firm was established inappropriately under Nevada law and involved employees doing loan modification work who were not licensed under any applicable authority. The firm never filed the mass litigation suit it promised and was often stringing clients along in order to keep collecting a monthly payment. Every attorney who has ever worked for them has left after a few months after realizing their scam. When the firm closed many of the files were transferred to my office. Upon realizing the various promises asserted to TPI’s prior clients, they were advised that they were falsely sold on the likelihood of keeping their home and that they should not be making monthly payments. Vmar is a former client of TPI who simply couldn’t accept it when he was advised that he didn’t have a case as TPI had promised. Scam artists usually want money. My office advised clients to stop paying and gave them honest answers about the likelihood and available options for home retention. Tindersecond is likely a former TPI employee who, like many of them, was interested in keeping their scam going. |
