In June 2010 I answered an add to make $33,000. a year salary and started work the first week of July. I signed a contract and in the contract it said I will have Sunday's and Tuesday's off noting that the Tuesday could be moved based on work load. If I work a Sunday I would get an extra $150.00 for that day. Only two of us working out of the Aberdeen, South Dakota shop and the 2nd week of November my tuesday has moving until I noticed that they are not giving us our day off and they wanted us to work the day without extra pay. I already had 42.5 hours in and that is not normal because we got 50 to sometimes 60 hours in each week and at the end of the month I total my miles and I put on over 3400 miles. After the company found out that I was not happy about working on a day off without pay I was let go and after a week the Manager Chuck Dingman that runs the shop in Morris, MN calls to tell me that I was still on probabtion and that anytime this looks to not be going in the right direction they have the right to terminate for any reason. Also the add said 33,000. a year salary but they don't start you out with that amount, not until after 6 months probation. They will give you $10.00 a month for the use of your cell phone but I raised hell after they let me go and finally got it. Winter months I was told would make up for the long hours we were putting in and than winter comes and they let me go. No overtime because you sign a contract. If you see an add from this comany I would say Run and Run fast.
