Briarcrest, Winter Haven FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN LEASE-Crime committed against middle schooler in neighborhood Internet

I moved to this city not knowing any information about it.. Went in and talked with Leasing agent Alana at the Briarcrest Apartments. The first question I asked her is does the middle schoolers bus pick up at the apartment complex I was assured that yes it does. Signed the lease and I was that the things not were not done in the apartment would be done. The Bus does not pick up at the apartment complex my kids have to walk a mile and half to school where there has already been an incident with a knife being thrown at the back of my daughter.... My 2nd bathroom toilet does not flush and the pipes had to be worked on now there is a Square cut into my living room sheetrock wall which they never bothered to fix. The key that you need to enter the laundry facilities broke and I requested another one 2 weeks ago which I still have not recvd it... Only to be yelled at by the office girl saying that there are 400 units how is she supposed to remember. I would not recommend this place to anyone... It is the worst place I have ever lived period. And now I am stuck in a lease that I cannot get out of.
