URGENT Consumer Alert! Brian Salle, Karen Salle, [email protected], FlipFlopsYacht.com, Changed Their Names To Hide Their Hidious Unlawful Repu |
24th of Jan, 2012 by Brandon |
By now it is common knowledge that Brian Spears Salle and Karen Marie Salle are very professionals at relieving people of their money and giving them nothing in return.
And it is also common knowledge that whenever they dirty up one name, they simply change their names, whether it's one of their companies that has such a bad reputation that they have to change its name, or if they scam enough people using their boats, then they change the name of their boat, and let us not forget that Brian Thomas Salle used to be named Brian Thomas Spears when the FBI was looking for him 10 years ago as reported in the Orlando Sentinal newspaper that has links posted on this site for your review too.
Brian Thomas Salle (formerly named Brian Spears when he was on the FBI's wanted list) and Karen Marie Salle and their boat Flip Flops, (formerly named Islands Duo before they dirtied that name up too much to use) and Flip Flops Yacht Charters, (formerly Key West Yacht Charters before they dirtied that name up to much to continue using). If you ask any marina about the Islands Duo boat, they will all be more than happy to tell you their nightmare experiences in not getting paid by them.
And if you google Islands Duo Brian Salle or Island Duo Karen Salle you will see that this is not the only scam warning website where tons of people have posted their horrible experiences with them and getting ripped off by them. There are lots more testimonials on several other sites as well.
There are lots of people that have posted their own contact information so you can verify everything you've read. None of us have anything to gain by taking our time to inform the public about this con-artist couple. We only do it because we wish someone else would have done it so we could have been warned before we lost all our money to them.
Brian Salle was able to get his boat back temporarily on a legal technicality, but of course it is right back in foreclosure again because he has still never made a single boat payment on this 104' mega yacht. But our screwy legal system, combined with Brian Salle's expert scamming knowledge has managed to manipulate the legal system to regain temporary possession of the boat.
DO NOT give them any money or deposit for a charter. If you do, just consider it a "donation" because you will never see your money and as Karen Salle admitted in bankruptcy court, she accepted several thousands of dollars in deposits for charters and never gave anyone the charter cruise they paid for and never gave them a penny back, she just kept and stole their money. Her reason she explained to the judge was, "I needed it to pay bills".
They are currently operating as Flip Flops Yacht, www.FlipFlopsYacht.com, 1-866-761-7999
You don't have to dig very deep to find someone they've scammed who is happy to tell you how they scammed them. Here is more information I'd learned, and the aliases they use and the companies they form and own to continue their scamming success.
Brian and Karen Salle, Inc.
Brian Thomas Salle - Formerly Brian Thomas Spears before he ruined that name's reputation.
B Thomas Salle - Formerly B Thomas Spears before he ruined that name's reputation.
Karen Marie Salle
David A Salle
Ashlee Marie Salle
Jerome D Mitchell
Keith Kaplan
Islands Duo, Inc.
Flip Flops, Inc. - Formerly Islands Duo, Inc. before they ruined that company name reputation.
Islands Duo Yacht Charters
Key West Yacht Charters - Formerly Islands Duo Yacht Charters before they ruined that company name reputation.
Flip Flops Yachts, - Formerly Key West Yacht Charters before they ruined that company name reputation.
Islands Elite Limousine, Inc.
Cedar Key Holdings, Inc.
Crab Key Holdings, Inc.
Alternative Air, Inc.
First Coast Funding, Inc.
Take a look at the new front for their criminal enterprise. FlipFlopsYacht.com
It is the exact same photo as their Islands Duo boat that has such a horrible reputation that they had to scrape the name off of it to keep their victims from targeting it. Now they have photoshopped Flip Flops onto the side of that same boat as if it's going to fool anyone.
Also, see the photo of the jet skis on the boat? They were paid for by another of their victims and Brian and Karen Salle stole the two jet skis and never paid for them, leaving the poor couple to make payments on both of the skis themselves until they got reposessed by the bank when they could no longer afford to make the payments.
Also all the new furniture that you see in the photos has a very similar story. They used another couple's credit at a furniture store to buy all of the new furniture, then ripped them off and never paid them a penny.
The list goes on and on and on.

This couple continues to scam people all over Florida. I found out there is an FBI office just miles from their house in the Daytona Beach area. It sounds like there is enough information on this page to get them involved and they probably already know about these scumbags. Everyone should file a complaint with the Feds. Hopefully they can do something to keep others from being scammed. www.fbi.gov or 386-252-0463. |
