This company will rip you off and not think twice about it! I ordered a kangaroo halloween costume for my 6 month old daughter. The size of the costume online said 'infant 6-12 months' but when I received the costume the tag said 'small'. The costume might have been able to fit a 3 year old. It was huge! The head piece fit my head very well and I'm 6'5" and 215 pounds. Upon calling customer service I was told that I could return the product and pay for shipping along with a 25% restocking fee. This was my only option as they don't actually carry any smaller sizes. What a scam, they sent me a product I didn't order and wanted me to pay them to take it back. I was informed that they advertise the product how the manufacturer advertises it to them. This made no sense to me as the tag had no mention of infant or 6-12 months...only small and even if the manufacturer advertised it as such I feel Brands on Sale should bear responsibility for the advertisement of the product as they are the retailer. The customer service agent suggested that if I didn't want to pay the restock fee that I might want to try selling the costume on ebay! She was dead serious and thought that this might be a good alternative for me.
