I ordered a necklace from this website in May 2011. She sent the wrong item. It took me a month of phone calls and e-mails to finally get a hold of Kathy Brown, owner. She gave me a return authorization number, but I sent the package with tracking, and she never picked it up. The post office finally delivered it to her. Again, weeks went by. I finally got her by phone, and she said she had received the item and would process and refund my money that night. It has been two weeks, no refund in my account, and her phone is now disconnected. I am out $185.00 and am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau today. |

I ordered a Goddis cardy and paid Premium postage of which she insisted on the 02.04.2012. She was more than willing to help when I was enquiring about the goods, but as soon as she had my money, she will not talk to me. She answered once saying she doesn't believe I have paid, so I sent her copy of my paid paypal invoice. Since then, I have heard nothing!!! I am at a loss to the tune of $280 American dollars!!! I am FUMING! How can this person still have a website up and running taking money from people??? She needs to be STOPPED!!! I have been informed thank goodness from another American company that she is not paying any of her bills and is within collections within one company! This website really needs to be taken down. I am claiming through PAYPAL and hope to be successful!!! Can't believe the poor customers above either. SHE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! Can't believe she is still running a shop!!! |

DO NOT ORDER FROM Kathy Brown!!! She will steal your money!!
I ordered a VSA necklace and ended up having to cancel my payment and then
having to go directly thru the manufacturer. I also then learned that her dealer
agreement had been cancelled PRIOR to taking my money and order!!! Therefore
she had no intention of ever sending me my order. In fact, she also had rec'd a Cease
and Decist order as well but continued to take my order.
Do not make the same mistake as I did. Find another vendor. There are plenty of reputable
vendors on the VSA websites. |
