After I had purchased an item from the seller, I found the item was damage, and I asked for a refund, he reply to me as follow:
hi there,
usually I can sale 20 pieces this laptops in 30 day. but nobody buy it in now. the best way is you send to my other buyer.
of casuse you can open case, but I do not think that is good idea. I tell you why :
1, ebay and paypal will let you send back to my paypal register address, but the address register in China, you have to send China and pay expensive shipping cost
2, my custom will check the package, they do not pass the package if them think the laptop is a used one ( without box, without invoice).
3, it measn you send and pay expensive and I can not get it, you will lost more money. what we can carry on ?
1, waiting some days , I give you my other customer address, you send to him.
2, I pay the shipping to other.

1, I do not want get any dispute becasue ebay will low my items in search standared
2, but if you already open case , as I already get disputer , I already need not conatct you. and you tell me you wait some time, the reason is you do not leave phone number in ebay, Fedex can not call you to get the package, it is not my mistake. thank you for understand. He refused to refund my money but asked me to cheat on EBAY AND THE ANOTHER BUYER??
