Bluemile LLC, also known as Bluemilenetworks.com, Bluemilecloud.com, and Bluemile.net is simply the worst thing that ever happened to our business. We run multiple practice locations in central Ohio. We see many patients on a daily basis. We were with a colocation facility/ISP called IPOutlet, and were very happy - very happy that is, until they were taken over by Bluemile. Once Bluemile took over, they changed our telephone system to their new "Voice over IP" system. This was supposed to be the best thing for our business. The story sounded great. They also continued to house all of our servers in their Data Center which was formerly IPOutlet. This is where the trouble began. Bluemile Tech support is terrible. Bluemile's rollout of the phone system was disorderly and painful. Bluemile would claim they were going to fix the issues, but the problems persisted. When we were with IPOutlet, we used AT&T for our connectivity to the center and our telecommunications. Bluemile switched us to XO, and from that day, we had nothing but problems. Since Bluemile put the XO lines in their name, we were unable to talk to XO directly to try and resolve our issues. Bluemile became argumentative and started blaming other vendors for their problems. That did not solve our problems. Even worse, after several months of this, our phones and connectivity to the Bluemile Data Center went dark. When we called Bluemile, we received no good explanation. We found out later that day, that Bluemile had not been paying XO with the money that their customers had paid them for circuits. XO had cut them off for good. Our business was down. No Phone. No Internet. No access to patient files in our paperless offices. Bluemile completely screwed us. It took a week to sort out the contractual hoops with XO to get the circuits transferred into our name. We were forced under the duress of the situation to sign very unfavorable contracts to restore services quickly. Bottom Line: Bluemile LLC and any other name they go by, are a bunch of gangsters. Bluemile gladly took our money and did not care when they broke our business badly. It took us nearly a year to recover from all the repercussions. I would not trust Bluemile Cloud, I would not trust Bluemile Colo, I would not trust Bluemile Networks, and lastly, I certainly would not put my business or any part of it in the Bluemile cloud. The cost of the downtime we suffered as a direct result of Bluemile's negligence and fraud was a large one. I do not think I would trust Bluemile with a pile of fecal matter, let alone my business or livelihood.
