Blue Chi's Ranch Holly Maxwell Misleading Lies, Internet |

This is a "breeder" (if you can call her that, it looks like she has about 100 dogs living at her ranch according to her website) who retired her females and apparently sells them at a VERY low cost. She offered a retired female to me for only 100.00... which sounded like a great deal. After weeks of no communication I finally said "listen lady im gonna go somewhere else because you have been MIA for about 2 weeks.." and she immediately told me we could talk on the phone. Strange how that email triggered her to finally acknowledge me. So I decided to wait it out.. she told me it would be about a month til I could have Autumn, due to her "busy schedule" showing her dogs... (is she a breeder or a shower? Now im confused... she sells VERY PRICEY dogs... shouldnt she be communicating with her prospective buyers??)... so SIX WEEKS goes by without her responding to my numerous attempts to get in contact with her (texts, calls, emails, you name it). Finally I told her I was going with someone else. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally found the perfect lady. Cute lady named Grace, who owns and she has responded to ALL my inquries immediately. I like knowing that someone actually cares about my legit questions when I am making a purchase. Hollys dogs range from 600.00 to over 3,000.00 now I am not a rocket scientist but isnt that a pretty BROAD range? I know some have better characteristics than others, but thats absurd for a price gap. Just nuts. The breeeder I went with, all her dogs were the same price. Super cute, and actually, had the same characteristics of Hollys dogs... and a fraction of the price. Thats a legit breeder. AND she doesnt ship her dogs.. which at first I was worried about .. but kind of gave me peace of mind that she does care about the little chis. I like that. In short, I am pretty bummed about Hollys lack of Business Ethics, but I guess I actually came out ahead finding a better breeder. |
