was charged a subscription fee of 9.99

I ordered flowers like 2 years ago 4 a friend's boyfriends funeral. then just this month I was charged twice for 9.99. so I called the customer service number and the lady had said I had entered a subscription. I told her she was mistaken because I just ordered flowers and paid for them. she told me that I had because I got a discount on my flowers in that the subscription would also give me a discount to other stores. I told her that the fees were starting to cost more than I paid for the flowers. I told her that this must be hidden when you go to order because I never knew that I entered a subscription. so I asked her why she charged me twice in 1 month. she said because they were supposed to take out 9 .99 in september but they didn't. I was very confused I did not know what she was talking about. I forcefully told her she better give me back both charges refund. she told me that she was only able to give me 1 back. I told her that I'm not paying 20 dollars for something I didn't do. so I called my bank and got them to block blooms and they tech.d my fees. I even told the banker about my situation and she was like yeah I've never heard of a subscription in ordering flowers. I told blooms that this was the worst experience I've ever had and I will never buy from them and I will tell all my friends to never buy from them. I guess the woman was frustrated with me yelling at her about these fees and she pretty much hung up on me. Blooms sucks!
